"When my doctor told me we would try physical therapy first I thought this would be a waste of time and something the doctor had to do before going to more advanced procedures. After the first visit my pain went away over 50% and I saw hope and wanted to continue. From now on if I have other problems or injuries I will seek physical therapy first.
